On this page we present a few mentions of the Verroken familyname in the U.S.A..

Jean-Marie Verroken (∃ 1921)

Prior to the commercial exploitation of aviation in the second half of the 20th century, everyone who migrated to the United States of America arrived by boat on Ellis Island, a small island in the Hudson bay close to New York.
It's the island on which is located the statue liberty.
Via www.ellisisland.org it's possible to consult some of the passenger's lists.
In the passenger's list of the ship "Paris" that arrived on november 19 1921 at Ellis island, we find the registration of Jean-Marie Verroken.
He was 26 years and 8 months old and single. He lived with his family in Tourcoing in France, in the rue de la Rochelle 18.
He had the French nationality and boarded in Le Havre.

He was a salesman, spoke French and English, and came to the U.S.A. for one month and was visiting his friend mr. Playoust, who lived at 170 Summer street in Boston Massachussets.
He didn't have the intention of becoming an American citizen and would travel on to Canada.

Did Jean-Marie Verroken stay in the U.S. anyway, and did he become the father of the American connection of our family tree?

Albert C. Verroken (°1943)

Albert C. Verroken was born in 1943 and is married to Michelle Renée.
All the letters we've sent to adresses we found on internetsites such as peoplefinder returned to sender.
Who can find these relatives ?

Stan Verroken

Stan Verroken is probably the son of Albert C. Verroken and Michelle Renée.
Who can find this namesake ?

Emma Veroken (1999)

In 1999 dr. Emma Veroken (indeed, one r), together with dr Peter Gasson, has conducted research about the sexual habits of teenagers in the Californian high schools.
We tried to make contact with the university of Santa Barbara, but didn't get a reply yet...
